Kentucky Science and Engineering Fair
WHO MAY ENTER THE KENTUCKY SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING FAIR
In order to compete at KY-SEF, students must be enrolled in grades 5 through 12 in any public, private or parochial school. They must have won a 1st or 2nd place category award at an INTEL ISEF affiliated fair (see list of affiliated regional science fairs). Five at-large projects, middle school and high school, will be allocated to each affiliated fair for designation as competitive entries for KY-SEF. Each regional fair will determine the criteria by which the at-large participants will be selected. All projects must meet INTEL and safety guidelines.
All students that participate at KY-SEF must be residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
